CCPA notice for California residents

This notice supplements the privacy policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"). It is provided by New Marketing Vertical LLC, doing business as Vyro Health, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Protected health information covered by HIPAA and medical information covered by the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act are exempt from the CCPA and are described in the HIPAA notice.

2. Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We use sensitive personal information only for the purposes permitted by the CCPA regulations, such as providing the service you request, and so do not offer a separate right to limit its use.
3. Your rights
- Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom it is disclosed.
- Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions such as completing a transaction, legal obligations and medical record retention.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. Because we do not sell or share, no opt-out is currently needed; we honour Global Privacy Control signals in any case.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you services, charge a different price or provide a different level of service because you exercised your rights.
4. How to exercise your rights
Submit a request at support@vyrohealth.com. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days with notice. To protect your information we verify requests by matching the details you provide against our records, and may ask for additional information for sensitive requests. You may use an authorised agent; we will ask for written permission and may verify your identity directly with you.
If we deny a request, we will explain why. You may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General.
5. Notice of financial incentive
We do not currently offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information. If we introduce a programme such as referral credits, we will publish the required notice and obtain your opt-in consent first.
6. Shine the Light
California Civil Code section 1798.83 lets residents ask once a year about personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
